ATELINK^®

THERMOPLASTIC COMPOUNDS BASED ON THERMODYNAMICALLY VULCANIZED ELASTOMERS FOR TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS

DESCRIPTION:

ATELINK^® products are thermoplastic compounds based on thermodynamically vulcanized elastomers (TPV, or TPE-V) and combine the typical performances of vulcanized elastomers with the easy processing of thermoplastic products.

ATELINK^® products are available in BLACK and NATURAL (to be easily coloured with poliolefin-based masters). Other colours can be required.

PROPERTIES:

ATELINK^® products have got high resilient and mechanical characteristics and very good compression set, in a wide range of temperatures (lower than 0°C and higher than 100°C). Different grades are available according to the required hardness (which runs between SH A 30 and SH D 50) and to the processing (injection, extrusion, calendering, blowing).

All grades are ozone and water-proof resistant. UV-rays and flame resistance, low fogging, conformity to FDA, adhesion on other polymers can be obtainable if required.

ATELINK^®products can get humidity. In case, dehumidified air drying systems at about 80°C for 2-3 hours are reccomended.

ATELINK^® products are recyclable. The scraps left from the processing can be ground and mixed to the original granules in a quantity of 10-15% with no changes in the characteristics of the final products.
